Sandy Wilde is a former university professor. She received her PhD in education at the University of Alberta and studied wellness practices that support teachers and parents in their relationships with children. She is the author of the book titled, Care in Education, which explores the invaluable work of care and how to sustain it. Her research examines the significance of healing the self in order to more fully care for others.
Sandy started her production company, illustratio, to support They Who Surround Us, a film that she believes, honestly portrays the necessity for healing trauma in order to break the chain of intergenerational suffering. She is currently devoting her time to leading courses and workshops that help people shift toward greater happiness and inner freedom.
